DRT was an absolute dream to work with. Our initial contact/quoter/owner Jimmy was so honest and down to earth we had to go with them for a central AC. (We got 3 quotes total.)
The installers, Zac and Dana were so professional, knowledgeable and did very clean precise work. They were on time, polite and just all around impressive. My detail oriented husband was super impressed and when he asked them questions or to tweak something , they were very respectful and accommodating. DRT's recommended electrician, Zac C, was also a dream to work with. He brought 2 electricians with him, Todd and Carl. These 3 were also so professional, knowledgeable, respectful and on time.
All of these people mentioned answered my calls, texts and/or emails in a professional, timely fashion, which is so hard to find on the Cape. And speaking of communication, the office manager, Susan was fantastic to talk to, organized and efficient.
My husband and I both work with the public and really appreciate when we get the same great customer service that we feel we give when we are at work ourselves.
We cannot say enough about how lucky we feel to have chosen DRT and Zac C Electrician to do this work. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for AC.
