Our receptionist spoke to her in regards to this situationPer her voice message, this issue was resolvedI (Lia – manager) was on property this morning (March 24) and specifically went to the property earlier than my meeting with the board to follow up on the construction parking issueAt 9: am, there were no parking violations or issuesThe HOA also holds a contract with [redacted] to tow any vehicles parking in the fire lane (alongside garages)The HOA encourages owners to handle these types of situations with their neighbors, as Ms [redacted] has done per her voice messageAs the manager of [redacted] , I assist by either contacting the owner directly or visiting the property in person, as I have done Any past issues regarding landscaping have always been reported to landscaping and the boardVehicle parking issues are beyond the HOA's control however they are addressed on a case by case basis at the time of violation
