I ordered a burger (well done) from this diner and it was brought out mediumI found this out after I had taken a bite out of the burger, which had bacon and onion rings on itThey took my burger off the bun, finished cooking the burger, put it back on the bun which was now soggy, as was my bacon and onion rings then served it to meMy bacon was only warm because the burger had just been back on the grillI did leave a review on their facebook, only to be harassed by an unidentified person (s) claiming I was just a freeloader and if I wanted a dry and flavorless burger I could go elsewhereThat is not how this whole situation should have been handled at allIf I am to pay for a meal it should at least be done correctly and not be soggy and disgustingI also shouldn't be harassed for explaining I had a bad visit qith their establishment by who knows what worker that had access to their Facebook accountThat is unprofessional in every aspectThey should clearly work on their gue
