customer was hung up on after he became abrasive and belligerent over the phone demanding services to be refunded. The business attempted to take care of the issue but once the business transaction was taken care of he did not feel he should allow the customer to a bully to him or to his staff. At this time the customer has been refunded and their business relationship has now ended.

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As of  10:49am on 12/18/2014, there is still a charge on my credit card from the business (Drum Bum). There is no cancellation nor credit evident on my account.   I also refute [redacted] claim that I was hung up once and that it was after I became belligerent.  The business changed it story multiple times over numerous phone calls as to whether my order could be fulfilled in the manner it was originally explained to me.  I was only asking for further clarification on the facts I was given directly by "[redacted]" on the initial call.I still demand a formal written apology from [redacted] based on the rude and unprofessional behavior he exhibited in dealing with me as a customer.

Review: I was attempting to place an order for a Christmas present. I was given one set of answers by "[redacted]" who told me that there would be no problem receiving my order by Christmas and that I would receive a call back with the cost. "[redacted]" then called me back and told me that the product was currently 2 days behind in orders and would not be able to provide the service as I had been assured. I was attempting to be rational with "[redacted]" as it seemed that if the order was placed by today, it would be finished by Friday and then could ship express to arrive Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. I asked him how long I had until I could cancel the order without incurring a charge. He informed me that once he submitted it, there were no refunds. I asked why as according to him, it wasn't being produced until Friday. At this point, [redacted] became extremely abrupt and rude. Stating that they weren't taking any more express orders and I had to either order now or cancel. I continued to ask for options and he stated "I don't like being beat up and I'm just cancelling your order". He then hung up on me. Upon reaching him again, "[redacted]" told me that "he's the owner and he can do anything he damn well pleases". Two subsequent phone calls yielded similarly unpleasant results. The first I was told that [redacted] was unavailable and that they didn't want my business. The second, I was put on hold and then just disconnected.

I do NOT appreciate being treated this way as a customer. They are rude and unprofessional. They are in the service industry and it seemed like any attempts at getting information or a satisfactory result ended in being verbally bludgeoned and hung up on.Desired Settlement: I don't appreciate the manner in which I was treated. I want an acknowledgement of [redacted] rude behavior and a sincere written apology.
