Review: Entered a yearly contract to service my home for pest control on October 6, 2014 in which they did service my home

at that time. I have tried to contract them to service my home for a second timea over a dozen times with no response from them.

They do not accept phone calls, nor am I able to leave a message. I also tried leaving an message on their website to no avail. My contract calls for 4 service calls a year. I paid $371.00 check #[redacted] dated 10-6-14 upon reeving the first service for my home.

As of today I still cannot get in touch with them on any of their phone numbers or email or website! The numbers are: [redacted], i[redacted] I would like my money refunded since I can not get any service from them to fulfill my contract with them.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund because the did not complete or attempt to complete their contract with me.

I have no confidence they will complete it in a professional manner! I would like a complete refund

Hello my name is Joseph M[redacted] I am the owner of Drum Pest Control. On October 9th 2014 I was involved in a motorcycle accident. I was hit by a wrongful left turning SUV. I have not been able to conduct business as usual due to recovery. I was not aware of the phones are not accepting messages. I apologize for the inconvenience. The service was for 1 year of residential pest control service which cost $350 plus 6% tax $21.00. I would like to refund $371 less $106 for the first service which was performed totaling a $265 refund.
