money lost in our machines, especially our changer machines. The changer must be audited before any cash is returned. There was a sign originally above the changer but apparently it was ripped off the wall by a customer. This happens frequently as this is a self-service location and very often signs are damaged or destroyed. I also spoke to the answering service. They know the cash return policy but may have had a new person taking the call who did not convey this to the customer. Again we are assuming this since the customer implied that no one told her when she called.She was advised by our maintenance man to leave her name and address and we would return the money. After several foul expletives my maintenance man explained that he would be hanging up unless she wanted to leave a name and address. She did not so that was the end of their conversation.Thank you,Lawrence V
