I apologize for the delayed response but I did not receive this letter until late last week.? Mr [redacted] complains of the fees associated with the repossession of his vehicle.? This complaint should be directed at the recovery company.? We have no control over the fees the recovery company charges.? The company charged $for the repossession fee which is the actual cost incurred by the company.? ? We tried for months to work with Mr [redacted] to avoid repossession but he refused to make any payments.? Repossession is a last resort and was in this case.? ? Thank you for your assistance ?"?
