Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As stated,, I was told the parts would be avaliableAlso, I did not get upset as explained from the replyI actually had to ask both the owner and the assistant to calm down and not talk gone in the manner they were as they both got upset and very crude/rudeI even made comments on how I was so surprised that they could talk to people in the manner they were speaking to me and think it was acceptable Regards, [redacted]

In response to Mrs*** complaintShe called about her *** washer leakingSecretary asked for her model number to verify that the most common parts where available to get due to the fact in the past *** parts are general hard to find through our parts distributor
Mrs*** said her washer was leaking general when a washer is leaking it is a water pump is the issueSecretary looked to see if the pump was available and told Mrs*** that we were able to get the part. Mrs*** asked how much it would be to look at the washer a service call just to go to the residence and diagnose the issue is $that is to examine the unit an additional charges to replace parts is always charged if over an hour. Tech checked out washer found that unit water pump was not the issue and the outer tub is what had been leakingThrough our parts distributor the outer tub is unavailable and we tried to explain this to Mrs*** and she got very upset with our company for charging her the service call. We are not at fault for her choice of product she purchased if parts unavailable through parts distributor it is unavailable through the product factory. Our suggestion is Mrs*** needs to return her product from where she purchased it or call *** and see if they can resolve her issue. She did mention that the washer was only months old from purchaseWe are not a warranty provider for *** and if the unit was only month old all parts should be available. We apologize for an issues Mrs*** has with her *** Washer

I actually had to ask both the owner and the assistant to calm down and not talk gone in the manner they were as they both got upset and very crude/rude.
