Review: In 2010 I paid this developer Ali S[redacted] $6000 to develop a website for me. At the time his company name was -[redacted]. I signed a contract with him that he would create a functional site that met my standards and ideas. I worked with him for a period of 3 months in which we met several times face to face to discuss business. I paid him cash and provided him with images and content needed for my site. Upon "completion" the site was not functioning correctly and I had asked him to fix it and he refused. He stated that I was the one who "broke" it. I ended up taking him to small claims court since he did not live up to the standards of the contract. In the end I lost he case due to not having a paper trail of what I paid for services. A few months later I found. Out that this developer stole my idea and created a website with my idea, images and content. He registered the site under an alias and closed down -[redacted] and started a new company named druplemze.com LLC. Beware when finding. A web developer, do your research, keep accurate documents and don't trust people so quickly. Unfortunately,I learned my lesson but I just don't want this to happen to any other of his clients in the future. I recently reached out to the developer and asked him to complete the site. I've not gotten a response back, so I decided to contact the Revdex.com hoping this can finally get resolved.Desired Settlement: What I want out of this is for him to create the website that he owes me, that I paid for. I will provide him again with the domain name and a hosting account information. I just want what I paid for and no more.
