Terrible experience After telling me they were scheduling two weeks out, they kept putting me off and dragged things out for two months without ever giving me a date when the work could be done I finally had to cancel the contract and rebid the job I'll stay far away in the future

The owner of Drury Bros Roofing Don Drury has spoken to the home owner and explained that Willie W*** has had health issues and has apologized for not getting back to him. We sent another estimator to see him and give an estimate and he may sign a contract with us. All is well at

This complaint is long overdue; every time I see a commercial where the company brags on the quality of its material and service, the disappointment and anger well up anew. The company installed my new roof and downspouts/gutters in November, 2011. Of course, this was over a period where there was very little rain or snow. Nevertheless, the gutters have never drained properly. I have cleaned the gutters and downspouts every spring and fall, so they are not blocked. I especially watch for possible clogs in the corners or joints; but even long, unimpeded runs contain standing water that ultimately drains between the fascia and the flashing, not into the gutters. If there is a sudden drop in temperature, condensation forms along the length of the gutters. Severe damage to the fascia has thus occurred. I have also had ice dams form which never happened previously with the old roof/gutter system. Company has not responded to my complaint.

I got a bid on a small roof repair. Accepted the bid and was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks before they would get to my job. I said ok, no problem. That was almost 4 months ago. I have made numerous calls to see why I'm not getting the work done and have been told they are on their way, be there tomorrow, be there later this week and still my roof needs repaired. I regret trusting their word any more. Going somewhere else.

My roof shingles were replaced with no problems. However, the gutters were never installed correctly. One gutter fell off with wet snow and was hanging and it took three weeks and a threat to report them to get it replaced. Now, with all the rain this year,another problem has occurred. The gutters do not drain properly, one sags in the middle, and I have had to have someone come and fix one that was coming off the house. I have called Drury and get nowhere--feel like I'm getting the run-around, which happened when the one gutter was hanging. My calls are not returned, they say they will have their current gutter contractor come out to have a look and nothing happens.

We have been trying to get our gutters fixed since October 2014. We purchased seamless gutters when we got our roof replaced but the guy installed one side incorrectly. The gutter was cut too short and water builds up and creates an ice pile. We are afraid the neighbor children are going to get hurt. They were supposed to
come this week (as we have been promised several times before) and again they called to say it will be another week. We just want this fixed.
