Due to the relocation of your kitchen lights, opening up the wall to address mold concerns and the baby room wall, you had incurred an additional invoiceThis invoice has been sent to you numerous times, yet you still refuse to payThese additional items were beyond the scope of our contract and are your responsibilityWe have been exceptionally fair in regards to the negotiated settlement on your final invoiceAs you know, the unpaid invoice in question was created by *** *** after our settlement and was not included on any paperwork we went over during our settlement. As far as your warranty work questions:Plaster cracks will occur especially in older homes. We have contacted the electrician multiple times, but unfortunately we cannot force a subcontractor back to your siteCaulking is part of home maintenance and would not fall under any warrantyDrury Designs did not pour the concrete in the furnace roomThe concrete was there previouslyThe drain tiles were properly covered during our portion of the demolition. During construction we also covered your expenses for months while waiting for your financingWe look forward to receiving payment for your final expenses as the outstanding invoice is now months oldThe open balance remaining is still $322.00.
