I am rejecting this response because:The description given in this response does NOT accurately represent the actual play being presented.Prior to my purchasing tickets, there was no mention of this being a different interpration/variationof the story and warnings of adult themes were not posted on their website until after people began walking out of the performances, and they received negative reviews from the Chicago Tribune and Daily Herald warning the public.Spin it however you want but you can’t change the fact that you’ve angered many customers who are posting their displeasure on your website!As a result of your no refund/exchange policy and poor customer service, you’ve lost my future business and I’m sure many others!
