I am rejecting this response because:I have received a Letter from Revdex.com this Complaint has been closedIf this complaint is still open I'm going to make very simple and straight for DRV Roofing & [redacted] If He wants to offer settlement, I want my full Refund of $He misdiagnosed the drip noise /leakNow Making up stories wasting my time and Revdex.comI file this complaint over weeks ago and now he decide to respond because contractors state license board is after himMaking up fake invoice will not help him in this matterMaking up excuse for not coming after 4pm to recheck his work will also not going to help, because city of Sacramento business hours for DRV Roofing license application are different then what he statesI called him days after this work was performed and my cell phone record will prove thatNow it's up to [redacted] If wants to refund my $and settle this issue here or continue with this matter for Further in legal system, where he will be paying a lot more than just $I assure of thatLast but least I DO NOT WANT DRV ROOFING AT HOME OR EVEN NEAR MY HOME EVER AGAIN

Business states that they would be more than willing to address the consumer concerns, unfortunately there has been scheduling difficulties. Business has offered to go check out the problem anytime in the morning up to 12 pm. Business states that they performed a repair for the consumer but the...

ongoing issue may be nothing related to the repair done by the business. Consumer was not willing to let the business inside the house to locate any other areas with possible leaks or other problems. Consumer specifically asked for the chimney area to be fixed and that is what was done. Business believes this issue might be nothing related to the repair therefore the consumer will be billed accordingly. With that said if indeed the problem is with the repair that was done, business is willing to rectify the issue at no cost to the consumer.

I'm offering 175.00 dollars half of the 350.00 dollars spent on repair,I performed the work as [redacted] directed, I asked to go inside for visualsigns of water damage , he said he knew exactly where leak was, around chimney area, I then proceeded to remove tile around chimney area where upon removal of tile looking at the underpayment , there were obvious signs of water intrusion , and then noted that the counter flashin wasn't long enough to cover the bottom row of tile, so I extended the counter flashing with lead,to lap over bottom row , also noted that counter flashing was in a downward position , where in heavy rains water would spill over counter flashing, so installed 1by2 by 3ft to elevate counter flashing.also on the west wall lower level, riglet exposed unfinished no stucco, it leaked because counter flashing installed backwards , metal needed to be reversed they did but not seal ,I installed lead counter flashing over riglet still needs stucco,[redacted] called me 3or4 weeks later and said he heard drips, I asked him if there was leaking inside he informed me there wasn't but he still hears drips in the morning, I informed him check , anything outside that moisture would drip on since it hadn't rained in at this time, I've offered to come anytime before 1:00o'clock because I pick my granddaughters up at 2:00 o'clock after school I watch them til 6 [redacted]  insisted that I come after 4 , unable to reason with him ,I've offered this settlement, I'm still willing to come and check this unusual drip, I've tried to be more than fair [redacted] to resolve this issue I've called him no response.

Review: I was having roof leak issue where my roof and chimney meets inside the wall, I hear water drip noise in my bedroom when ever it rains or moisture from fog or haze water on roof. I called up DRV roofing to come out and fix my roof problem.On 12/30/2014 "DRV Roofing" comes out to my home in afternoon for roof leak repair. The owner [redacted] and his crew came out. They went up on roof/ remove tiles by the chimney and inspect the roof. [redacted] advise me that they have found my problem in chimney flashing. [redacted] quote me price to repair the leak. I agree to price and they started the work. All they did is added soft piece metal to extend the flashing so that water flow better according to [redacted].They were at my home for about 45 minutes. I paid [redacted] with my personal check $350.00 dollars.On 1/11/2015 Sunday morning I woke up around 7am in the morning and I heard same noise I use to hear before the repair work was [redacted]e. I called [redacted] on his cell phone [redacted] later that morning and advise I hear same noise in wall again water dripping. He started off telling me it can't be same area he repaired and I had to go on roof and run water test. I asked him to come out and fix the problem which I paid him for. He turns around and tells me that if he comes he will charge me to find leak. He went around and around instead of saying I will take ownership of his work and fix my roof issue. On 1/15/2015 Thursday, I called [redacted] again advise him I hear water drip noise in my wall everyday now since we are having fog and haze in Sacramento, ca, in morning time. He started with same stuff again saying did I run the water test, is my chimney cover secure, is there gutter noise. I advise him it is same noise same place and same way. He went around and around in circle instead of saying he will will come out and fix it. I advise I'm home from work around 4pm everyday and home on most weekends if he could come out and fix it. He advise he will come out only in morning and started being rudeDesired Settlement: I want my $350.00 dollars back, which I paid for leak repair. I do not want to do anymore business with [redacted] "DRV Roofing" nor I want them at my home ever again.
