Dear Revdex.com Representative, This email is sent as a request to amend and formally reply to a recently closed customer complaintOur delay was due to the time needed to gather her records that were in storage*** *** (*** *.) filed complaint #*** on 3/7/On 4/8/** *Requested
membership in our "Month in-house Dental Plan" (the plan)The plan included exams, cleanings, all needed X-rays, and a 20% discount off of any other services not covered by the planIt is not a pre-payment insurance policy as she statedAs a courtesy she was allowed to make partial automatic payments charged monthly to her *** *** accountBut later due to transportation issues she requested to be removed from the planOn 2/1/** *Was removed from the Plan as per her requestBilling for Services that were provided on 4/8/and 8/25/(normally covered by the plan) were reversed, and re-billed at standard fee for service costsThat amount for services already rendered was deducted from the total of her monthly payments, and the difference reimbursed directly to her *** *** account on 2/26/The details of the billing and returned credit was explained in detail by our office manager to ** *with mutual agreement of both partiesThe dispute was then closed by our office manager on 3/31/with an account balance of $If *** *still disagrees with the credit provided then she is more than welcome to call me directly on my personal cell phone; as she has done in the pastI will be more than willing to go over the accounting again upon her requestRespectfully Submitted for your review by, Dr*** *** *** J*** DDS, PC

Thank you for notification of [redacted]’s reply. I am sorry to say that [redacted] and [redacted] (the secretary) are seriously glazing over the truth of their business practices.I was told that prepayment of cleanings would entitle me to a 20% discount of dental work done at their office. I was not given any more information and assumed that only payment for a cleaning would be withdrawn from my credit card (not $450.00 over cost).Once I needed emergency dental care I discovered through conversations with [redacted] that the withdrawals would not be refunded and that these extra payments would be used by them ([redacted]), to help pay for the losses occured by insured patients (my $450).All in all, they initially refused to return my overpayments and after my initiating help from you and others, I was able to get my money refunded. Someone else may not be so fortunate when dealing with [redacted] and [redacted]. Very unethical people.Sincerely,[redacted]
