In response to my claim with Open Road HOnda, I would like to advise you that they called me, I took my car there, they gave me a courtesy car to use and fixed the grinding noise...it was the starter...It cost me $483.07...Even though my car made the grinding noise, I wanted it fixed as I didn't want to break down somewhere Thanks for giving this your immediate attention as my complaintwas taken care of[redacted] *** # [redacted]
