Dry Basement Foundation Repair

Dry Basement put a french drain in around my house but neglected to dig it deep enough and all the drain tiles are coming up above groundThe drain was not connected to the city storm sewer and water is running over the curb into the street nowThey broke up concrete in order to lay this drain at the side of the houseThe concrete is cracking, splitting and has holes in itI have pictures to verify this claim
I feel Dry Basement should reimburse me for the damage that was doneIn good faith I paid them $10,for this workI am a senior citizen and I don't have any funds now to correct this problemThey refuse to give me any money for the damage they did at my homeAlso they were not certified to do this work and did not take a permit out with the city
