Charles who is the owner of Dry Building Solutions agreed to provide waterproofing services in our home. He took a deposit of $2500 3 months ago and never showed up despite rescheduling the appointments 3 times. I have called him for months, and he keeps claiming he will pay and he never sends the money. He is a fraud.
