I wanted to report the Cleaners located at *** Rockville, MD ***. I was dropping off my garments at this location when another customer came in with her big dog. I let the customer know I was extremely terrified of dogs and she just stood by the door. I then let her know I was leaving and she shook her head no. When I repeated myself, she said she thought I was telling her to leave. I tried to get the manager of the store to interject, but she just shrug her shoulders and said the lady has been coming in with her dog. When I called the store to speak with the manager or owner the same girl who first helped me did not tell me she was the manager until later on. She said she did not know who the owner was and gave me a false contact number for locating a potential owner. She then asked me " what is it that you want?"
I wanted to file this complaint because I felt like my safety was being jeopardized by allowing a customer with a non guide dog who was large enter the place of business. I felt attacked by the "manager" and customer with the dog as the both kept talking and smiling thinking the incident was comical.I experienced extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. If anything would have happened to me because of the dog, the owner of the dog, the business and the girl working would have been liable.
