Be warned, this dry cleaning company are irresponsible and the only dry cleaning company to have ever shrunk one of my itemsDo not risk using them to clean your items After looking for an alternative to some of the more expensive local cleaners I gave a goMy husband's business shirts were returned in 'ok' conditionNot the best, not the worst and he asked that we return to our previous cleanersThe most disappointing however, was that my brand new dress from Barney's was returned at least a size smaller, short enough that it now requires shorts to be worn underneathI have had this confirmed by Barney'sAnd knowing that this was the only company to have cleaned this dress, I know that are undoubtedly responsibleSmaller issues like completion dates can be overlooked, however the shrinking of a brand new $dress is woefulJo was rude and uninterested when I brought my claim to him
