6/25/15 -- Spoke with Mike, the manager. He said they spoke with the consumer and they have purchased him a new shirt. They are waiting for him to pick it up. He said the damage was caused by a pin that was left in the shirt. He said this issue is handled.
After emailing [redacted] who is a regualr customer we came to the conclusion this was more of a misunderstanding which I will take the blame for. I wasn't clear enough with my employee on what to do and [redacted] having never had an issue with any of his purchases from us wasn't aware we needed to run some...
diagnostic tests on the phone which he later read on the receipt. Once [redacted] and I were able to get on the same page we hashed out a plan, got his diagnostic test done and got him into a new phone.
