Thank You for responding unfortunately I do not accept the response on complaint#*** for these reasons: When I ordered products Ms*** was not in her third trimester of pregnancy and her business was active and filling other orders so that's not a valid excuseAt the time I placed orders for products that were available, and unfortunately I never got mineAlso, I have not obtained any numbers than what Ms*** had already given to meHer personal/business phone are in the sameI have only contacted them through phone and email about my products that are rightfully owed to meChecking on my ordered products and wondering where they are at is not called harassmentThis is horrible customer service and certainly no way to run a businessI want my products I placed order for, it's that simpleIf Ms*** still wants to carry out her bad customer service actI will have to take this as a lossI want what is rightfully owed to me it's as simple as thatIf not then karma will play its role!

I am rejecting this response because: Ms*** Continues to state because of my harassing behavior she is not sending products and blocked me from everything for further contactLast time I checked, It is NOT harassment to ask about products that are rightfully owed to meANY person getting products is going to wonder where there items are! Ms*** the owner has lied and has not been honest with shipping out products to me which has resulted to thisShe has also Admitted to sending out other customers orders out late, unacceptable! So for future customers please beware! I'm not going to sit here and go back and forth with Ms***! I know as a customer I'm rightShe should have handled and worried customer better than this, it called customer serviceWithout customer service, your running a horrible business

When [redacted] asked, via social media for our serum, it was on a post staying that we had sold out of it and a few other products, due to our Mothers Day sale. I responded to her immediately letting her know it would take another week-two and a half + weeks for my tincture formulation to finish curing (Tincture formulations usually require 6 weeks + to cure) Therefore, [redacted]'s last credited order was shipped out in June. As for this current "purchased" product she continues to refer to, we already had a disagreement leading to the blocking of contact by way of my personal cell phone ( I have a business line listed on my website on my "CONTACT" page ) and I also had to block [redacted] via email and social media. Per our last verbal conversation in June, 2015 I let [redacted] know that in the future she should contact my husband to be paid out of the rest of her credit if she feels it is owed to her, and that I would no longer go back and forth with her regarding this matter, due to the harassing statments and defimasion of character she was sending me, through text and email.  Her current request has never been excepted. Plus these products have been sold out on my site since June 2015, due to an increase in product demand, discontinuing products, changes in branding and the maternity leave of myself, since I reached my third trimester in June 2015. Again, I expressed to [redacted] through text, through our last verbal conservation in June, and through email that I wished to have no further contact with her due to the blatant harassment. To clarify our shipping procedures, our wonderful customers can visit our site on our "SHIPPING" page to see that there is 2-9 day processing depending on the traffic flow of business, unless otherwise stated. After that, our products are shipped in  2-day Priority USPS shipping box. We ship from a small town in Northern California of an estimated 4,000 people, thus it takes anywhere from 5+ days for 2-day priority packages to reach Southern California. At BFree Organics, we are willing to also take a loss, due to this one bad review, and all of the problems stated. We value our customers that have been supporting our small family business for 3+ yrs and look forward to our continued positive interactions with them.

REVISEDI'd like to offer my sincere apology for any misunderstanding regarding manufacturing and shipping times during my maternity leave. Bfree Organics is a small family business, and as I am the resident herbalist and sole creator of our skincare products, we have had a sold out website while I...

am in the third trimester of my pregnancy and not currently able to fulfill my regular duties within the company. It is very unfortunate that this misunderstanding had to happen at all, as I made my best efforts to be realistic about my situation. Although I have had to block Ms. [redacted] from contacting me, she obtained the personal phone numbers of both myself and my husband and used them to expressed her demands in ways that have made us very uncomfortable. Due to the harassing nature of her requests made on our personal lines I will not be fulfilling Ms. [redacted]'s  requests, as I wish to have no further contact. Thank You
