Upon receiving the notification from Revdex.com, the homeowner was contacted immediately to rectify her concerns. When I...
spoke to [redacted], she advised that she had called one of our site supervisor's personal phone with her concerns and not our office line. Unfortunately, that individual was involved in a car accident recently which was on medical leave. The information was never brought to the correct personnel to be handled correctly. At the time of the call, I apologized on the behalf of Dry Effect for the miscommunication and offered to address the repairs which we would incur those costs to gain her satisfaction. Mrs. [redacted] opted out of receiving any repairs in lieu of a reduction in her final invoice. Dry Effect approved to reduce the overall invoice as she was denying us to make requested necessary repairs stated in her complaint.
