Literally THE BEST service I've EVER received from ANY company! Top-notch professionals took care of our every need, from the moment they arrived - minutes after I called on a Sunday night! We were devastated to come home from a trip and find our house flooded; but even as I stood ankle-deep in water, on the phone with the company's owner, I began to breathe easier because he immediately dispatched a crew to our home and then called me back minutes later to ensure the men had arrived
They worked at our home through the night, moving furniture, cutting out carpet, setting up equipment and fans, etc(The men were so careful with our belongings and treated our things as if they were their own, which I especially appreciated.)
The next morning, bright and early, two managers were at my front door to explain what we could expect next and how our ONLY expense would be our insurance deductibleWe are retirees, so we'd been worried and stressed, but in the end, we ONLY paid our insurance deductible, just like we'd been toldDry First not only took care of our flooded home, but their skilled workers put in new cabinets, wood and tile flooring, bathroom vanities, drywall and paint! We didn't have to call ANY other contractors or deal with ANY hassles! Everything went smoothly and we have a beautiful 'new home' in the end of what started as a nightmare! I've never seen a company CARE so much about their customers and the quality of their work! Even our insurance company had only excellent things to say about this company!
on Monday 1/25/16 at 2pm I stopped by their office in Titusville FL to get someone to give me an estimate to dry and repair flooding at my house due to a broken pipe that flooded my house for 2 hours. The door was locked and the lights were on as the lady at the desk stared at me. I asked through the door if they were open and she acted like I had bothered her. she never took action to address me other that mouthing something I couldn't hear as I expressed to her through the door. so I called both numbers on the window twice each with no answer and no message service on either of the numbers. now seeming to be making fun of me I left. VERY UNPERFESIONAL especially for a 24/7 emergency business.
