I am responding to a letter received in our office from the Revdex.com regarding ID # [redacted] This is the second letter I have received regarding this customer In this latest message from the customer, [redacted] ***, he states he has not received a check from [redacted] EngineWell, as stated previously, the check went out on October 31, I highly doubt he would have received that check even by the date on the letter, of November 3, Prior to the date the check was sent, on October 31, 2016, to the best of my knowledge, he was NEVER told that we had sent a check at that pointWe had only agreed that we wouldUnfortunately, I am not a miracle worker and, as I don't work for the US Postal Service, I can't tell you when this would arrive at Mr***s address of Hwy US 2, Rapid River, MI 49878, but I would guess that as of today's date, November 7, 2016, he would have most likely received itThe address that I mailed it to was the only address I had and it was the one I took from the original letter from the Revdex.com dated October 25, I did look at my bank account online today to see if the check cleared, and as of yet, it has notHowever, again, I don't answer for the US Postal service and don't know the date that the check and letter to Mr [redacted] would have arrivedAll I can PROMISE is that it WAS mailed on October 31, [redacted] Engine Rebuilding, Inc.(920)336-or (800)236-

I have not received a check from *** Engines as of yet so I can not and will not close this matter until I have the check and it clears the bankI can't not ans will not trust anything *** Engines says because I have caught them red handed lying to me beforeif I do not receive my check for dollars and it clears back I will be taking *** Engines to scamll claims court and suing themI have witnesses that were here when the engine was picked up both times that over heard all are conversations about time as costAns since I'm smarter than ur average person I recorded the last two conversations bewteren *** and myself and in hem he admits they are at fault and that he says he is gunna mail me a check and doesntThey have no trouble being dishonest and lying and ripping me offI look forward to seeing them I'm courtThat fact hey they sent the Revdex.com a statement saying there gunna pay me is proof there at faultBut until I get a check for and it clears back I will not close this case or accent there offerZ I can't they have lied to me before and I don't trust a word they say!!
