Dry Now Services will respond to the complaint written by [redacted].  The first item we would like to make clear is that Dry Now Services has no contract or business with [redacted] directly.  He is a tenant of [redacted] who hired Dry Now Services to Remove mold from her kitchen and...

repair the damages.  [redacted] claims that ([redacted]) the gentlemen performing the reconstruction, needed to borrow his tools.  [redacted] has told Dry Now Services that he was offered to use [redacted]'s tools rather than go get his own.  As far as the work being sub par when I went over to the home.  There were a few paint items that needed to be addressed:  1. The line on the top of the baseboard could be more straight.  2. There was one piece of corner base that needed to be caulked.  Those were the remaining items that needed to be done per the contract. I would also like to make it clear that we offered for [redacted] to go back immediately and [redacted] only wanted me to be there.  So I was out of town in Texas for three days.  When I returned, I called [redacted] immediately and went to his home that morning.  I assessed the work and agreed that [redacted] needed to come back and caulk the corner piece and improve the line on the baseboard.  [redacted] then showed me the stove and explained to me that after we had put it back in the cabinet he could not open the door.  He proceeded to tell me and show me that he had to pry it open, force it open.  I assessed the damages to the lock and explained to him that he needed to unlock the door before opening.  The damage was done when [redacted] forced open the door.  Referring to [redacted] as the Renter or Tenant.  I told him that Dry Now Services contracted with [redacted] and I would need to talk with her about getting [redacted] back in the home to fix the two items and that I would talk with her about the stove.  [redacted] became very angry and condescending, asking me if I cant hear well.  He kept repeating that he did not want [redacted] back in his home.  I told him that [redacted] needed the opportunity to fix his work.  This made [redacted] more angry and he kicked me out of his house and said, "I Don't want you guys back here, I will take care of it myself!"  Then I left. I did not say a word, I did not call [redacted] an A--hole.  Dry Now Services was and is ready to fix the baseboard items.  We were asked to leave and complied.  On a side note, I watched [redacted] act this same way with [redacted] Friend "[redacted]" when we were bidding the job.  Dry Now Services has never had a complaint.  We hold are clients in the highest regaurd and we never leave a job incomplete.  We were forced out of [redacted]'s home by [redacted] (the Tenant) and could not finish the remaining two items.

Review: Work was sub par and unfinished...had to do it myself. Worker was nice, but needed to borrow my tools (ex; Flathead Screwdriver, drill bit) every day, talked on his cell often, left for at least 6 hours in the middle of day 2, returned at 8pm. Owner ([redacted]) never checked the finished job and made excuses for unprofessional behavior. When he finally (reluctantly) agreed to stop by, he recognized the finish problems, but would not take accountability for breaking our stove, which is still unusable 2 weeks later. Quote from [redacted]; "You're just the renter, the condo owner is my customer." He said that while standing in my home. I asked him to leave. He called me an a**hole on the way out. These are all 100% indisputable facts...regardless of the response. He did offer to complete the unfinished work after the complaint, but told us we had to pay more for it.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for Finishing the work and repair of the stove latch.
