Nick from Dry Otter came to my house within an hour of my call. We are selling our house, and wouldn't you know it, our basement decided to leak. We had already moved so didn't discover it until a potential buyer had the house inspected. Once back we pulled back the carpet and were horrified to see black mold and damaged wall board. I called three different basement waterproofing companies and Nick came right away. He assured me the problem was not too serious and was a landscaping issue.
