Outstanding! As a real estate broker, general contractor and property manager, I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the consistent and excellent service I receive from Dry Plus. Kevin's pricing is competitive and fair on repairs and complete re-roof jobs. Their quality of work is exemplary. The field supervisor Heath does a great job managing the projects and communicates to us progress reports and any additional repairs that may be needed. And they even clean up after the job! Just finished two of my three story apartment building on time and without a hitch.

By far the best roofing company I have used over the past 37 years of business.

They never showed up.

On 4/12/2016 received proposal/estimate and was told it would be 3 weeks to start of work for badly needed re-coat of my homes flat roof, after I sign and provide deposit.

4/25/2016 they called me to verify receipt of my large deposit for the work and it would be 3 weeks to start of work. After 3 weeks I received an email asking me to review how my experience with this company was. I called to ask whats going on? They stated oh it doesn't usually take this long and I would get a call a week prior to starting the work. I never received any call after patiently waiting another full 3 weeks. So 6 weeks pass no phone call, nothing, except I received an email asking how my experience was with Dry Plus Roofing!

So here it is 6/6/2016 the work should have been completed 4-5 weeks ago and monsoons are coming. I called them and told them what I think and want my deposit back! Maybe they do good work but they can't simply pick up a phone and say were backed up a month or two? Avoid this company!

A few yrs. ago our flat roof over the bedroom & living room was leaking. Dry plus roofing repaired both sections of our roof. First time it rained it leaked. They came out immediately saw their mistake & fixed it they thought. The next time it rained the leak was fixed in living room but not bed room. They had to come out 3 times. The project manager gave us a good price on the roof but i'm disappointed in the workmanship. I decided to go with a different roofer to fix the other portion of my house.
