I apologize for the customer feeling as though our prices are inflated or that we are over charging. The fact is the customer filed an insurance claim and we use a program called [redacted] when working with insurance companies. They do not let us charge whatever we desire, rather we do the...

needed work per IICRC guidelines and then input the total numbers into the insurance approved program. At that time the insurance adjuster, who represents the customer not us, reviews all of the information and approves any and all payments on the claim. The amount was approved and is due to us immediately at this time. We are not willing to negotiate the price as we were hired to perform a job based on the customer going through homeowners insurance and that is exactly what we did. There is absolutely no mention of poor work quality or any issues with the employees, only an issue with the bill. We cannot change [redacted], it is in fact a program that we pay for just to do insurance work and be able to bill with them. Also while they may have spent less four years ago on a separate dry out, I was not present and do not know the details of the claim therefore it is not relevant. [redacted] prices have definitely gone up in these past several years as inflation has occurred which is out of our control. It is unfortunate that the customers insurance rates are going up, but that is also completely out of our control. We were hired to perform a service in an emergency and that was done correctly. If there is an issue with the charges the customer should speak with the insurance adjuster.

Company employee stole my [redacted] and now has been convicted in court. Company has made no attempt at resolution.

Dry Star Restoration is a company you hope you never need but when you do they will be there for you. Unfortunately, I have had three major water issues with my house all starting with my hot water heater breaking. Mike and John went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. They worked with my insurance on the first issue and made everything go smooth. They took care of everything. The second and third times I dealt with them directly. They were affordable and considerate of the situation I was going through. I wasn't just money in there pocket, you could tell they cared! I also work long hours and could not meet during normal times, They were always very willing to work around me and very accessible. They can also make all the repairs if any are needed. Would never use anyone else!

DRYSTAR IS ONE OF THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, KIND, AND TRUSTWORTHY RESTORATION/CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OUT THERE. I HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH THEM ON MY HOME IN GILBERT AND WITHIN AN HOUR OF CONTACTING THEM A YOUNG MAN WAS ON THE JOB READY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN WHAT HE WAS DOING. WITH IN DAYS WE HAD EVERYTHING REPAIRED BEHIND AND UNDER MY SINK AND I AM GRATEFUL FOR THAT!! IF I HAD THE CHANCE I WOULD USE THEM FOR MY SUMMER HOME IN CALIFORNIA! THEY ARE TRULY THAT GREAT AND EXPERIENCED! THANKS DRYSTAR FOR YOUR HELP!!

Dry Star sent technicians in while we weren't home. When we arrived home my wife's iPad was missing. We looked for two days and then filed a police report. They informed me if we couldn't prove they took it, they aren't replacing it. I guess my trust in these folks was misguided
