Mr. & Mrs. [redacted], When we started the Pump Warranty Plan it was made clear to our customers that it was imperative that in order to maintain this kind of warranty the service had to be scheduled within a year. We mail a reminder postcard out 2 months before the appointment due date and...
then a week later we begin calling. I apologize that you never received our messages and reminders. Since the pumps are mechanical devices it is impossible to warranty them without a strict service schedule (like getting regular oil changes for your car). Given the nature of your call with our internal service manager on Tuesday, May 17th, DryZone has decided to honor the pump warranty plan. It is very important for you to schedule your annual maintenance to be performed every year in May. We will still be mailing postcards and calling to remind you. In the future, if the appointment is not scheduled for the month of May we will no longer be able to offer you this pump warranty plan. We are sorry that you were unsatisfied and we are hoping this will make up for it. If you have any questions please feel free to call our office. Thank you.
