We tried to explain to [redacted] that his "Hugo Boss" shirt was made with a rubber print that made up the design on the garmentWhat he did not want to hear was that all clothing made with this type of print will become damaged in timeIt can happen with the first cleaning or the 1000th cleaningWe as professional cleaners can not see into the future and predict if or when the rubber print will start to "wash away" or become cracked and damagedThis damage would have happened anywhere, making me believe it was poorly manufacturedI do not feel we owe him money or compensation for something that is out of our control, especially since we did nothing abin the cleaning process to cause the damage [redacted] was completely irate, yelling, demanding money, throwing business cards and causing a seenThat is why the police were called I offered to write [redacted] a letter to the store, where he purchased the shirt explaining that I believed the garment was made improperly by the manufacturer to help him in maybe getting a new shirt or store creditHe refused and walked out[redacted]

Review: I dropped off 15 pieces of clothing with Dryclean Central in [redacted] MD. When I went to pick them up, they had not been cleaned. They were pressed and placed on hangars. I informed the person at the register that they had not been dry cleaned. They said they would re-do for free. I explained to them, that they were never cleaned and we examined every piece of clothing. I left them their and returned on April 16 to discover that they were in the same condition I left them. At this point, I asked for a full refund. I was told that they had to get the approval of a manager, then the personnel called their manager on the phone. She informed me that the manager could not make that decision and I would have to speak to the owners of the company. I have made several attempts to call Dryclean Central and no one answers the phone. There policy is that you pre-pay, so I paid for a service that was not rendered. I want a full refund, so that I can take my clothes to another dry cleaners, so that they can be professionally cleaned.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. I do not want an in store credit, I want my money back. It is unacceptable for them not to answer the phone and or not be available for customer concerns, questions, and or complaints.
