Review: I took six curtains to be shortened all curtains were to have 3.5 inch opening for the curtain rod. 4 curtains were to be 52 inches and two curtains were to be approximately 88 inches. I provided a sample a 52 inch curtain and a long curtain which I left at the tailor shop the dry clean shop for over a week when I picked the curtains there were an even they were short I took him back for alteration again and this time they had an opening of 2 inches and I cannot place the rod then the curtains were patched with fabric I provided my extra fabric which I was going to use for cushions and pillows all extra fabric was used and the bottom line is the curtains pretty much have been butchered and patched with fabric these were brand-new curtains out of the box never used.I cannot use this curtains asking for a refund for the cost of the curtains which was $393 I paid $90 for alteration and the tipping involved for the delivery. I am requesting $500At this point the curtains this very moment I get to be in my possession they were supposed to have been delivered during the week and were not. Furthermore in order to speak to Sammy who is the manager at the store I ended up going late at least three times for work this has been going on back and forth for over three weeks and again Im asking for a refund of $500Desired Settlement: I am asking for a full refund of $500

Review: On July **, 2015, I arranged for someone from Dry Clean NYC to pick up four bags of clothes, each with separate instructions. Via the phone, we discussed the clothes being dropped back at my home on Tuesday, July ** from 7-9. On Tuesday morning, they informed me that my clothes were not ready and they meant 7-9 p.m. while I meant 7-9 a.m. I then arranged for my clothes to be dropped off on Wednesday, July ** between 6 and 7 a.m. When I received my clothes, they had been processed as two bags instead of four. When I called to receive a discount, I was told that my order charged $33.17 to my debit card was already discounted because they were supposed to charge me $1 per item for hang-to-dry clothes. It was at this point that I realized they hung an entire bag of clothes that were supposed to be tumbled dry AND misplaced two smaller bags of clothes that were supposed to be hung. As such, my order wash few of mildew and I had to wash my clothes myself making the service they'd rendered to my clothing useless. I've called several times and spoken to several people who all blame the mishap on the other person who answered the phone. No one called me back to deal with my concern of lost clothes. I've compiled a list of the clothes they lost and would like to receive a refund for the services plus the replacement cost of my items.
