Review: On my last visit to Dry Clean Depot, I picked up about 20 clothing items that I had previously dropped off for dry clean/laundry. One of my dress shirt was still stained and this would be the 3rd time they're cleaning it (and I paid twice for the same unworn shirt). Even with this issue, it wasnt a big deal until we got home from the cleaners and my Fiancee noticed that her North Face jacket was scuffed up around the shoulders and neck. We drove right back to Dry Clean Depot and asked for clarification as to what happened to my Fiancee's jacket. The first thing out of the female manager/owers mouth as "I dont know, we didn't do it". "It was brought to us like that". "you probably rubbed against something". "We dont do that here"... After several minutes of not getting anywhere with her, we asked to speak to someone else who can deal with this situation. The guy standing next to her said he was the owner and that... they did not damage our jacket. I asked them how they can be so sure if they cant even confirm if they're the ones who did the actually cleaning of our jacket? What if one of thier employees damaged our jacket? They didn't even bother to ask any of thier employees or try to do anything to resolve the issue. The owners final comment is... "We told you we dont know what happen to your jacket and that's it. There is nothing else. End of discussion. It's a discount dry clean, what do you expect?

My fiancee's jacket is a North Face Jacket (quality product that is design to withstand daily wear and tear). The jacket we received back from them was scuffed up as if it was rubbed up against somthing or dragged through something coarse.Desired Settlement: pay for the damages of the jacket if it cant be fixed or replace the item they ruined.
