We moved from Michigan to our family ranch in TexasThe men in Michigan were great! They had to do a transfer small truck from the house down to the road where the big truck was stationedAll went well and great attitudes! She was totally oblivious to realityThe first day of the actual move, after speaking to her twice that morning about mixups with the crew sent to pack, she called to confirm that all was going well that day and didn't understand when I told her no, it was not going smoothlyAgain, not in touch with reality and customer serviceAgain, hire ANYONE else for your move

My move was first rate with Palmer Moving and Storage - from the initial contact to the followup after the move Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful - which is important when you're tearing apart one home and then rebuilding in another with all of your possessions Extra care was given for many antiques and keepsakes which was especially appreciated I'd recommend Palmer to everyone Great people - great job
