I am writing this review to inform potential Rental Owners or Renters, that Rest Easy Property Management is hands down the best company I have rented throughThey are prompt with any issue that may arise, they organize the service to be taken care of and they always keep me informed of what I should expect ie who is coming, when, and what to expect Love this company and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for such a service
Our interactions as tenants with Rest Easy have been nothing but positive, 100% of the time They are quick to answer our questions, and resolve any issues in the home ASAP If I am ever on the other side and am renting my place out, I would definitely use this company!
Essentially, we feel that the service Rest Easy provided was poor in quality as a property management company. [redacted] . proper inspection at the beginning which led to our water tank bursting in the basement. They did not follow through with regular inspections and the house is in particularly bad condition due to the tenants lack of care. As we are out of the country, and had a leak in the basement through a foundation wall, they led us to believe the tenants were fine and that the crack did not necessitate further repairs. The tenants sent pictures that the floor was still wet.
I have been with Rest Easy for over years now and have always experienced excellent service The employees are professional and keep me up to date on the status of both my properties I would recommend Rest Easy to any one interested in renting who doesn't have the time or ability to maintain the property and handle tenant issues
