Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below First of all, there is no offer of resolution from Dryden MutualAll their response states is that our family is "lying" and we the Stiles' are in the wrongDryden Mutual is not taking any responsibility for their actions of prejudice against my familyThey assert that they have investigated all the employees involved and have found there was no wrongdoing on their partMy daughter who is my power of attorney and therefore has the legal right to such information, requested info about this matter from Dryden MutualIn the packet she received as a response, she found contradicting statements from Robert B***, President & CEO of Dryden Mutual1) They have no HR department and Peter V [redacted] is the top officer who has taken on the roll of H/R managerTherefore, there is no way for him to objectively investigate himselfIt makes their claim of any real investigation of the allegations a jokeA third party outside HR consultant should have been called in to properly investigate2) The transcript they provided of my conversation with Mike A [redacted] shows on several occasion Mike fishing for the wording of the incident that he wants to deny the claimSeveral times it is shown that he tries to get me to say that the problem was not sudden and was happening for a long time with me knowing iteach time he says such statements and tries to get me to agree with it, I rebut him saying that I had no knowledge of a leak until my son brought it to me and we then investigated itThat the day before there I did not see signs of a leakIt was not until we came home the day of the incident and my son brought the leak to my attention that we knew about it3) They also still refuse to admit to threatening my family with jail time if we don't drop our claim, they have yet to provide us with a transcript of the conversation between Mike A [redacted] and Frank Walker where they also threatened him with jail time because he was helping us4) They have made promises to my daughter that they will re-investigate the claim with a new independent claims adjusting firm, but through their response here where they claim that their decision was in the right, it makes us leery about the results of the new claim investigation and whether or not it actually is already riggedI still stand by my complaint against Dryden Mutual because they have refused to work with us on any of these matters Regards, [redacted]

I SPOKE WITH PETER V[redacted] AND HE STATED THAT THE BUSINESS HAS GIVEN CONSUMER ALL THAT WAS REQUESTED.  AT THIS POINT THEY FEEL THAT THEY HAVE REPLIED TO COMPLAINT WITH ALL ETHICAL MEASURES AND THEY STAND BY THEIR DECISION TO DENY THE CLAIM.

It has been well documented that Dryden Mutual has been engaged in hostile and harassing communications regarding this claim.  Their own transcripts show that they have tried to put words in our mouths that we have never said, twist our words, and have made leading and false statements and trying to get us to agree to them, If a lawyer asked such questions to a witness on the stand they would be overruled by a judge for leading a witness. Just because these were phone conversations does not mean that the same laws don't apply here. Dryden Mutual also still refuse to send the transcript between Michael A[redacted] and Frank Walker where Frank asserts that Mike threatened Frank with jail if he continued to stand by his statement and help us. If as they assert there were no such harassing conversations why hide the transcript, which we have requested several times. The only reason is not release the transcript is because there is something for them to hide. We also were validated by the second insurance adjusters who came to our house on Thursday May 12th. The two men agreed that our statement on how the incident that happened on December 30th 2015 that caused the water damage is backed up by the evidence that they saw and documented. They documented the water damage to the wood and stated that it was obviously a sudden incident that occurred and then was stopped by us, NOT a long-going leakage like Dryden claimed in their investigation because the evidence shows that the wood had not grayed and had not warped which would be signs of prolonged water damage. Therefore the damage was sudden. Also they disproved Dryden Mutual other "theory"  of how the damage occurred. They themselves couldn't understand how any possibly damage to the roof could lead to water leakage into the basement. But they checked the roof anyway. They actually went up there, something that the previous adjuster did not do. They took pictures up there and checked the whole roof to conclude that there was not water leakage of the roof at the time of the incident. The second adjusters also told us that the first adjuster only took a total of ten pictures and most were unusable to actually determine the cause of the incident. The first adjuster took no measurements of the rooms, didn't go on to the roof, nor did he check out any of the personal property damaged, or tell us to document all damage to our property. All things a good competent adjuster would do as a normal part of their job. Which makes us wounder if the fix was in with the first adjuster. At the very least the first adjuster was incompetent and therefore his finding should be considered non-valid, and the claim should be paid out.Regards,

I am responding to a Revdex.com complaint # [redacted] filed by [redacted] with regard to an insurance claim she had filed with Dryden Mutual Insurance Company. I have responded to [redacted] via phone and email prior to this complaint being filed as she has contacted several...

employees and managers at Dryden Mutual Insurance. I did listen to her concerns and agreed to review the allegations she is asserting with regard to her experience with the Dryden Mutual Insurance claims staff and the claims manager. After a lengthy review and discussion of the claim investigation, and at the recommendation of the claims manager, Dryden Mutual Insurance reaffirmed that the denial of the claim presented to the complainant, [redacted], was supported by the merits of the investigation.    Dryden Mutual Insurance must disagree with many of the allegations presented by the complainant as being untrue as we as a company pride ourselves on providing exemplary customer services and treating all of our insureds, agents, customers and business associates with the utmost respect and professionalism.
