I am responding to a complaint from Mr. [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] asked us to pick up his mower for repair in the late fall. We did pick up his mower as  requested. He needed parts for the mower that needed to be ordered. At the time he was contacted  about what the mower needed he...

was told that we do close for the winter months. He said no problem as he did not need the mower until the spring. I received a phone call from Mr. [redacted] in January stating that he wanted his mower. We had our  worker fix his mower outside in the cold weather to please Mr. Clea ry. We returned the repaired  mower to Mr. [redacted] in January. As far as his blade is concerned, it is here and ready for Mr. [redacted] topick up at his earliest convenience.  Unfortunately Mr. [redacted] seems to be forgetful and complains about non issues. I called Mr. [redacted] to resolve his complaint. I did not speak to him but to his wife. She agreed that this complaint is not valid and she was unaware of his complaint.  As far as I am concerned Mr. [redacted] is complaining about nothing. We serviced and delivered his mower  sooner than he was promised and his blade is here for pickup. There seems to be no reasoning with this man.  Sincerely,  Ted [redacted]/owner   Drydock Marine
