10/31/4:pm received voicemail response from compnay as follows: The company stated work was done in *** county- it was tile work and re caulking of shower tub.The company stated they did have the consumer send a check before the work was completed because the consumer does not live in
OhioThe company stated they waited for the check to clear and then set up a time with the people who live in the apartment and the work was completed.The company stated that they did tell the tenants to not use the shower for at least a day or two so that everything can set up and cure.The company stated that they did receive photos from the consumer and the pictures sent do show caulking coming away from the tub and the shower surround.The company stated in the pictures that there are water spots on the glass so the caulk wasn't cured all the way on the picture sent and the water is what pushed the caulk away. The company stated they replaced a couple of tiles at the edge of the door that were broken from either people dropping stuff on it, stepping on it or the uneven floorThe company stated the biggest problem was the uneven floor, they added additional mortar to the area to create a flatter surface and told the tenants to not step on the area to allow it to cure. The company stated the tiled area must have been stepped on before curing
