This service is laughableI'm a tier network/VoIP engineer for a very large corporationIf we had experienced reliability at a site comparable to this, we would have: filed an FCC complaint, sued them to get out of our contract, and promptly found a new ISPI am currently in the process of switching to [redacted] at my residence, for the same speeds and about $cheaper a monthI had it at two previous residences and it is FAR more reliable than this cable provider's garbageI'm on my 5th modem of I have probably been without service a total of weeks this yearsTheir BGP backend failover is a joke and has little to no redundancyI have the customer service message memorized when I call in that "We are experiencing connectivity issues in Seneca and the surrounding areas"I have had probably 10-technician visits this yearThe most recent one was today and laughableThey replaced my modem a week ago and it stopped working after daysThe cause? They didn't authorize/add the modem to my accountSad that this couldn't be solved by their tier or technicians over the phoneTruly patheticTL;DR Poor modems/support/reliability, should be reviewed thoroughly by the FCC
I pay for internet and cable in ***With Northland, we have had more months without service than with serviceThe toll free service number in Texas is uselessThe scheduled repair person doesn't show up
Use anything else
