Dryke Plumbing and Heating

I am rejecting this response because:what they are saying is not true...when I origiannly called and needed a subpump put in the person I spoke to absolutly stated that he would give me the very best and most expensive subpump and that would cost and with a complete yr guarantee...and for the labor...and yes the man was here for only about mins..he had no problem removing the old one and didnt have to do anything extra but unhook the old one a put in the new one and no glueing just a simple snap of a clamp that was to loosened the pipe..I stood and watched him the whole timeWhen I called and told them the pump was not working and that water was coming into my basement ..they were rude and said call a plumber we are busy and they claimed that they did not guarantee the pump to work only a manufacturers guarantee..that is NOT what they promised me before I purchased it...they than said go check the hose to the sub pump....its probally plugged??? I am not a plumber I had no idea what they were referring to...they just didnt want to come and see what was going on and they were rude...and unprofessional in the way they treated a paid CUSTOMER

Mary [redacted] is continuing to act the same way she did as her first phone call.  She simply has not been forthright so as to establish a productive dialog.  We could not schedule her that day as we were booked.  Our CSR tried talking to her but there was no talking to be had, accept by her.  Again, our CSR’s are very well trained; he was going to give her a referral but she hung up and has not changed her attitude as of yet. We do realize that she may have had a need to be met, but we were simply booked. There is the earnest possibility that the problem was not the pump at all.  The end of the discharge may have been frozen with the current weather conditions of that day.  As said before, our CSR tried talking to her but she was irate because we couldn’t get there THAT DAY, she hung up on our CSR.  This behavior is what caused her self-inflicted confusion. We have timesheets to prove the length of time spent was grossly longer than 20 min.   We are still willing to honor the factory warranty of the pump.  If it was the pump we will require the old pump to honor the 3 year warranty, again this is one of the longest warranties in the industry. (The last three sentences prove more false claims.)  To know if the problem was rectified and if it was, in fact, the actual problem she claimed it to be and proof thereof.  We are hesitant at this time to believe Mary [redacted] because of her false statements in past correspondences and please note she has made zero claims in all of her past writings about hiring another contractor or simply stating how she rectified her problem. Because she has not done this up to this point the truth is very, very cloudy.  We deserve to be treated with respect just as all people do.  With this said, Mary [redacted] has been disqualified as a customer because of her attitude and false claims.    All of our employees follow our company policies, guiding principles and mission statement.  We put whole hearted earnest care in to all of our customers but this individual has gone past the governing policies and principles which we honor.
