They made my area rugs look clean again. He was able to remove urine smell I had in there as well as foot stains my son left on my rugs. Carpet smells good and looks fabulous.

Review: They came to clean the carpets and we moved all the furniture and they didn't even move the area rugs that are custom made t match the carpet still dirty after the visit and wet for 2 days. They said first they would come back and resolve the problem and failed to show up or call. Then they th e y would send a check this all transpired from 11/30 to 12/4 . Today is December 28 and have yet to receive a check. I'm 72 years old and had to scrub this carpet again by hand.and I have pictures
