I had tried contacting [redacted] by the phone number listed and have left a voicemail message offering resolution due to his failure to answerI have offered to apply the sealant and observe the cracks to see what we can do to resolute the issueI have also offered that if he would not like Platinum Paving to apply the sealant and repair the cracks, we would reimburse him with invoice receipt from the company he would hireI have then tried to contact him via email and provided the offer of resolution to him and am awaiting a response

My driveway was NEVER REPAIRED1.The owner never returned to repair the bad section of the driveway. After finally reaching him after months of phoning with no response he finally answered the phone and PROMISED   he would return  to  repair the bad area.He must have me confused with another client.
