Dryve Cleaners

I took a jacket in the cleaners to be cleaned as I've done before but this time the jacket was damaged during the cleaning process. The Dryve Cleaners damaged my jacket during the cleaning process. I asked to have the jacket repaired or to be reimbursed. The owner isn't returning my calls but his employee [redacted] told me it's nothing that they can do about it. I left the jacket with them but now when I call the owner someone else is answering his personal line and not returning my calls. Desired SettlementTruthfully, I think the jacket is beyond repair but if they could fix it I would like it back. I've used the Dryve Cleaners to clean it before and they are admitting to damaging the jacket. Why should I be responsible for taking the jacket back to the store or trying to resolve the issue when this business clearly damaged the jacket? This is redicilous, I would like to be reimbursed or we might have to get the issue resolved in small claims court. This is clearly an attempt to not reimburse me for the jacket that was damaged. I would expect more from any business. I'm an employee of Imternational Paper I will inform everyone at the office of this incident and let them know not to use this establishment because of the horrible customer service. It is out of our control that the color on the fabric inside in the sleeve move to outside. It is very seldom to have this kind of color transfer from inside to outside of any garment.What we can do for you is that we can call the store if you let us know the name and phone number of the store and can talk about this matter to find out what they can do for this problem. Complaint black/white dress and 2 shirts to be cleaned 7/17 dress is gray/black now. Dropped off dry cleaning 7\17 black and white dress and 2 shirts. My pick up date 7/18. I called the cleaners to check on my items and was told they will be ready at 5 pm. I showed up to pick up at 5:05 pm /my cleaning was not there to be picked up. [redacted] called the driver to check on his location but I was on my way to a black tie event. and had to regroup. and wore black dress instead because my items was not there to pick up.I waited until the 21 to pick up and was told there was a problem when they cleaned my dress. it turned gray instead of white. The owner state it was a defect in the material and take it back where I had purchased. I said this dress was cleaned before and no problem. I ask if she could not charge me for my cleaning because she mess it up. she stated no no or no store credit. I ask what was she going to do about my dress and she said they was not going to do anything. The store will deal with it. I said but the store didn't ruin my dress, Dryve Cleaners did.She would not return my items unit I paid 14.82 and should have reeived 20% discount did not receive either.Paid for the cleaning and proceeded to [redacted] at Germantown Parkway. The manager stated that the dress had been washed and dry cleaned and stated that the cleaners did not follow the directions on the label of the dress. purchased price 70.00 want the price paid for the dress. The owner was rude and did not try to take care of me as a customer. first, time customer and will not returnto do busy ever. as them to wash my jusband shirts in cold water and no starch. required cleaning instructions from [redacted] 2 shirts $99.00 the starched both shirts. ywllow stains on the shirts. We cleaned the dress according to the care label in the garment. We are sure that she can get exchange the dress at the store she bought from because it's the manufacturer's fault.We are glad to try to exchange the garment if she don't want to do that by herself and if she give us the receipt and the dress.
