I am rejecting this response because:They didn't came out the next day like they had said it took me calling them
about 4 times and it took two weeks before they ever send anyone...

out, then he didn't fix the problem all he did was put mud as they called it on the wall, floor and toilet and still left a big hole where bugs could still came in, My husband had to clean up the wall, toilet and floor and fill in the hole and sand it down where the technician put the mud on so thick, and then paint the walls. I know there's nothing can be done now about it, but I will never have this company out here again and if anyone ask me about this company I will tell them NO don't ever use them. So as to answer your question my husband resolved the problem. If I had to rate this company they would get a big F from me.thank you for all your help on this matter.[redacted]

Technician returned the following day and applied a second coat of mud and the problem was resolved.
