Overall good result - knowing nothing about removing popcorn from ceilings I asked for a bid - sounded reasonable I was told it would be about weeks until they could get to me - never received a call until the morning they were scheduled to come so I was a little hesitant that they may not actually show up Indeed one man that spoke nominal English did show up and quickly got to work I did not understand until he worked that day that I really needed to remove as much in the room as possible because he was having to wrap plastic around everything Guess I should have figured that out but his job was a little easier the next days after I saw what he was doing Also, did not understand they actually don't paint the ceiling after popcorn is removed You have to have a painter lined up at an additional price This may not surprise others but I was disappointed the job is not done when they are finished and of course I owe more money Just a heads up for anyone else The workman was pleasant and I am satisfied - the plastic catches about 85% so you still have a good mess to clean up but definitely will look better after painting Keep in mind you still have to paint! I was not told this but realize it was more of a miscommunication on my part
