They claim to be insured but his policy expired without payment and therefore has NO insurance to cover the damages he did to my home.
They claim to be insured but hos policy expired without payment and therefore has NO insurance to cover the damages he did to my home. He sweet talked me into "not using" his insurance so his insurance rates wouldnt increase. I agreed until he became a shister and refused to pay the amount requested by a professional repair company. Now after the refusal to pay the damages, I called in to his insurance but he has no insurance. The insurance company dropped him! This will go to small claims, but just know this man is nonna man of his word. Do not trust his movers or his son, they failed to remove the doors off my refrigerator and destroyed my wall, the banister, the molding, and 3 out of 4 of the doors on the refrigerator!

Desired Outcome

I want payment to the appliance repair company so my refrigerator and wall can be repaired.

We at Ds Affordable Moving Service strive to make sure that all of our experiences with our past and present customers are done at the best of our abilities. However, it seems that you have received some inaccurate information as far as whom we are insured with as well as what package you purchased from us to provide you services. Mrs. you hired Ds Affordable Moving Service to provide you with Labor only services which meant we only unloaded your truck rentals. In addition, 1. Whom ever loaded your trucks they did not load them properly at the location you moved from (your husband and 2 other movers loaded the trucks) 2. They did not properly have blankets on any of the furniture and the stainless steel refrigerator had a ratchet strap against the doors of the refrigerator with a blanket covering on top of the strap and the refrigerator. 3. We have proof (pictures) of how the furniture was packed being that every item was just thrown into the truck nor was it properly stacked. 4. even after such disorganization our team still provided you services and even acknowledged to you that if you where dissatisfied we would return to complete any issues that may have arise. However, days later you became aggressive and started make threats towards Ds. Affordable Moving services at which even stated that you would take the company to small claims. After that situation the company choose to not have any further communication with you being you have made some serious accusations and threats. Furthermore, in the beginning Ds. Affordable Moving service came back to check out your issues that you had with the company and everything was going to be taken care of which we have the pictures of the small cosmetic issues. However, days later after you spoke with Realtor Lorina Garrison that is when you became aggressive as well you didn't want us to come back into your home and you told us that we are movers only and not appliance repairers via text (that we have on record as well). 5. This quote you made was true no we are not appliance repairers however in this situation we have made little repairs before to items that may have been slightly nicked or dinged in the moves we have done in the past and all of our past customers can vouch that we do an exceptional job in all that we do. 6. You went behind Ds. Affordable moving service to acquired our insurance company however we have been changed insurance companies months back prior to this incident. You stating that we are not insured is false information. 7. We at Ds. Affordable Moving Service always try to make sure we take care of all of our customers and for you to state that we have neglected to handle this situation professionally is not accurate. Ds Affordable Moving service wish that we could have communicated on better terms to had been able to resolve this issue and we hope nothing but the best for you, thank you for allowing us to provide you services!

I have pictures and the refrigerator was secured with blankets. Now, you're just being a liar. You were not present for the trucks arrival with the refrigerator. Your son, the moving guy stood in my kitchen with you present and admitted 100% responsibility for the damage to the refrigerator on a RECORDED camera in my kitchen. With that being said you provided my realtor with the insurance information to my claim. If you have different insurance provide it, or pay the damages you made. It is not a threat to say this will go to small claims because that will be the process should you not be a man of your word and pay like you agreed! Your son and you acknowledged fault. Promised to make good until the estimate was more than you can afford.

Revdex.com, I am seeking that you provide me the "correct" insurance these guys have so I can submit. Otherwise the town that he has a business permit in, needs to be aware this guy is operating a business uninsured!

That is true I wasn't there at all that day. I did not give your realtor any information to give to you concerning my insurance. The service that you requested for me was to have your truck unloaded my son and crew took care of that. You had my son to come back to your home to do some more work. I didn't know anything about this until your realtor call me asking me questions concerning what had happened to the refrigerator and the wall. I called you and talked to you about this. We setup a time to come out to your home, when we came to your home this is when I seen the refrigerator and the wall. We been to talk about how it was going to be taken care of. We agreed that my son would come back and take of the repairs after the repair kit came in for the refrigerator. I talked with you on that Saturday and ask if your refrigerator had a coating on it and you said I don't know and replied and said to me why didn't you ask the *** people when you talked to them. I didn't get to talk to them at all I didn't get a chance to tell you that on that day. You said to me if that kit doesn't work you wanted a new refrigerator, I said to you let me make sure that I am hearing you correct you are telling me that you want a new refrigerator and you said to what part of a new refrigerator don't you understand, you said to I am not having this conversation with you and you hung up the phone on me. To honest with you I don't understand all of this negative energy that you are putting out towards me concerning this.
