First of all, I have never spoken to [redacted] nor have I sold her a boatThe Boat she is referencing was sold to a [redacted] and he made many damages during the time he had the boat in his possession before it was returnedI am currently in process of filing suit against him thru my attorney [redacted] with the [redacted] in HoustonI have all the evidence of the damages he made after purchaseAlso the the issue with difference in a age was explained in detail about a listing regarding the boat year to [redacted] he said it really doesn't matter the age it's still a shallow sportHe had every opportunity to inspect the boat, also took boat out and tested the boat [redacted] and I [redacted] entered into a negotiation and came to a sale price that we both agreedHe picked the boat up a week later and again inspected the boat and the repairs we agreed toI also went over the titles and all paper wk with [redacted] showing boat age once again on [redacted] forms as well as the title [redacted] was happy and handed me the money for the sale and left with a big smile on his faceHe then contacted me on Monday stating that he wanted to return the boat and said its more beat up than he realized and wanted a full refundI told him that he had the opportunity on occasions to inspect the boat and paper wk and understood we spoke about age and mis print and I am sorry for him ha***g buyers remorse, but would not be returning him the money or accepting boat backI received a call a few hour later and he informed me that the title had a [redacted] that didn't match the boat hullI had him send photos and I contacted [redacted] and found that when the title was issued there had been a typo imputed in there system from the first owner titling the boatI then agreed to return his money for the boat sale due to me needing to get the title issue remediedThe title paper wk has been since taken care of, and a new [redacted] number Plate is being issued to match current title from ***In regards to settlement, I am bringing suit against [redacted] and guess now I need to give this information for [redacted] that I had no dealings with or know who she is???
