The pictures previously submitted show that the project was completed per the contract. The crawl space insulation was installed per industry standard. The foam pipe insulation installed is industry standard. I believe the customer has confused the scope of work described because we, or any other licensed contractor, would not put plastic or poly wrap on a copper pipe. It would melt if installed on a hot water supply line and would not provide any insulating value. We have addressed these issues with the customer. We have returned to her home to try and rectify her concerns. We have even provided her with a PPE [redacted] suit for her to put on and even entered the crawl space along with the technician to address her concerns. The project was completed as outlined on the executed contract. The customer inspected, acknowledged and accepted the contracted work as complete and satisfactory. No refund is warranted at this time. Please consider this case closed and complete. Thank you

Please add your rejection comments below.  I paid $3211  for the work that is stated on RECOMMENDED WORK DESCRITION, eight items. The company came out and did not complete the work as shown in the pictures.  The crawl space was to be filled with installation. [redacted] stated that my pipes would not freeze, which they did on 2/14/2016. The crew that came out on 11/24 had a 5" flashlight, which was not adequet.  THEY DID NOT PUT POLY AROUND COPPER PIPES AND [redacted] SAID HE WOULD REIMBURSE ME as I noted on the Post Cleaning Checklist.As you can see on the bill the charges are bogus.I called the office at least 4 timesRegards,
