Customer called and wanted estimate for oil leak at rear main oil gave him estiment on phone truck came in and had a oil pan leak also no work at all done on transmission

Customers first complained about a oil leak and gave him estiment on phone for rear main oil seal called with estiment and truck came in and on inspection found engine oil pan also leaking called with another estiment and was told to fix oil leaks never did he talk about transmission issue customer just has another issue customer will not bring truck in to inspect

I am rejecting this response because: I HAVE AN INVOICE WHICH SHOWS THAT THEY REMOVED THE
TRANSMISSION, THEY ADMITTED TO THIS ON THE PHONE AS WELL AS IT SHOWS ON THE INVOICEWHEN YOU REMOVE THE DRIVE SHAFT, TO REMOVE THE TRANSMISSION, IT WILL CAUSE SOME ISSUES IF NOT DONE RIGHTWE DIDNT CALL IN FOR AN OIL LEAKWE CALLED IN FOR A TRANSMISSION LEAK, TOLD THEM REAR MAINTHEY QUOTED US DOLLARS., THEN THE SHOP CALLED IN AND SAID oh you also have an oil leakDO YOU WANT TO FIX IT? I ASKED WHERE, HE SAID OIL PAN GASKET, HE QUOTED FOR THAT PLUS OIL AND FILTER, I OKAYED THE WORKIF THE OIL PAN GASKET WAS LEAKING, HE WOULDNT HAVE SAID "YOU HAVE AN OIL LEAK" HE WOULD HAVE SAID, HEY SIR, WE FOUND THE SECOND LEAK CAUSING OIL TO LEAK AT THE GASKETHE DIDNT SAY THATHE TOLD ME THAT THE OIL IS LEAKING as wellWHICH MEANS IN ADDITION TOO.

You tell me you didn't touch the transmissionThats not trueYou didYou unbolted it and renoved it to get to the rear main and the torque convertorThat is ON your INVOICE. I am having the work redoneI have pictures to prove the work you did was incompleteThe seal you claim to have out was warn up.either you never did the work or you did it and didnt do it rightCausing it to leak againI have an independent contractor working on it. I have all the proof I needI've talked to my attorneyThe damages and down time alone are twice what we paid youRefund the money adnit y'all screwed up or ill let the legal system handle this. I had a wrecker deliver my vehicle to D&S diesel Repair. I went in, in person to discuss the repair. I was told When the problem was diagnosed I would recieve a call with an estimate. I never recieved such a call. The first call I recieved from them was to inform me that my truck had been repaired. Which would have been ok I guess, but the bill was over $2,200 dollars. After talking to them about this, and them defending their charges, I called the Dodge dealership in [redacted] and spoke to the service manager. His estimate for the parts and labor came in over $700 dollars less than D&S did. I called and asked politely if they would refigure my bill. I was told they would. But they did not return my call. And refused to answer their phone for the remainder of the day Friday.
