Address was not different, if you want the product fixed send it to the address given under company name not personal names, this is the first mailing issue ever had again use company name not personal names....keeping up this back and forth will not help, we have had items come and go all the time never delays like this follow instructions for faster service, no one is going to personally sit around for *** or *** for a package use company name so that way anyone can get it, you can also say it's not surge, but you originally mentioned item worked perfectlyIt broke in your hands, you didn't receive it brokendon't take advantage of the situation

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because I was told in my emails that that I was to deliver the package to the address provided by the owner himself and that in his words is the response I received. Maybe u sent it to the wrong address what address u send it to, if the address was correct impossible for it to return undeliverable the address I give everyone is a business that's open hrs per day...And we have a postal collection room so even if no one's here post office drops packages off.Lastly don't make Revdex.com threats that's doesn't shake us one bit, you said it return undeliverable how can Revdex.com help you with that? Don't make unnecessary friction So if they have someone there 20hrs how is it undeliverable.

Buyer claimed "Received item in working order" which is the important part, upon email back and fort it was determined that the buyer had somehow fried the unit maybe from electrical fault in buyers home, they buyer didn't purchase "Product Replacement Plan" which offers a direct replacement...

for device in this case, how ever we asked the buyer to return the unit for attempt repairs, somehow the post office failed, which is nothing new, they buyer then resend the item via [redacted] but didn't put the correct recipient name, he used a personal name and that person was out of town on emergency, had the buyer use the name that was provided initially anyone could have collected the item, nevertheless someone went the [redacted] at 5pm Monday ** of December 2016 and the desk agent at [redacted] said they didn't have a package from a "[redacted]" then person gave address [redacted] [redacted], the [redacted] Agent Said none of this information match the tracking and was able to give any further details only option was that the person who the package name is in need to come in with a Govt ID or they returned the package. [redacted] is very strict and we're are NOT responsible for [redacted] Policies.
