Desired Outcome

When my car was towed to D's,the switch had been dismantled & the car was being cranked by a screw driver, I was told by *** it was the starter which was replaced & I was charged $294.76, which was marked paid on 09/24/2019 & a credit card payment for $61.76 on 10/04/2019. The car was dropped back off within a few days & was still having the same issues. I was told by *** that it was the (Brain) & that had been replaced, the switch had been replaced & then that it need a Timing belt/chain for $1,500.00 after they found out I wanted to pick my car up, *** decided, he was going to fix it. When I was told to pick my car up I had another bill of $335.56 for thing I did not authorize nor request, I was told the switch & other parts I wasn't charged for had been removed? There appeared to be damage to my trunk & grease from parts laying on it. The cover for my engine was missing. The new battery was no longer good & had to be replaced & my car has had to be towed since us picking it up. I want a refund for the money paid & parts replaced

the customer had vehicle towed in wanting a ing. switch replaced on or around 9-23-19,car was not running when we received it. we replaced switch and car still would not run,so we put customers switch back in and there was no charge for this process. We then done our own diagnostics on car and found starter was bad so we replaced starter resulting in car starting. At this time we advised customer that the car was running but it was running very badly customer stated that she would come get it and deal with the running part later. Customer did not have all the money so she made a payment on 9-28-19 and the second payment on 10-4-19. We then started second job on 10-8-2019.Car at this time would not start again every time.Again customer insisted we put a ing switch in car and again this was still not the problem. We replaced the ecm with a used one and got car running again on every try but car is still running bad.We then found a coil not hitting and replaced it got it firing replaced plugs and one coil boot all while communicating this with customer.Car is still running bad and at this time we checked compression and timing and told customer the timing needed replaced again she refused the work. At this time because the car was still running bad we told the customer to pay us just for the parts we had replaced and no labor for our time because we new she was struggling financially as it was and when she got ready to fix car just let us know.All the parts we put on this car was bad.and we tried to work with this customer as best as we could but some one had her convinced her ing. switch was bad therefore she thinks we ar beating her up,this car was in bad shape when we got it and still has issues the customer just cant afford to fix.she did not pick this car up untill 1-3-of 2020.

My car was driven back to D's Auto shop by me & the problem was still the starter, key,switch, my car would run & still does very well once it starts.

I did not request & or agree to pay for a tune up, coil, boot.... nor was I contacted by the shop to request I pay for this service, I was told it was the Timing belt, & it would be $1,500 we decline to pay & I intended to pick my car up at that point. Since they were not going to deal with the issue that till exists.

I have my call logs with D's & it appears I was the one calling & keeping in touch & being put off. If they were not being paid to replace the timing & could not deal with the issue of my car not starting why wasn't I simply called & told to pick my car up? & or called & told that it was running rough & needed the work that they did?

The photos show the poor care & the damage to my car while at D's Auto Shop! This is not
acceptable. There is more that needs to be discussed, I called ***/owner twice within the last couple of days, leaving a message to call me, my # & name, I have not received a call back. I have e-mailed the photos & other info to *** (Revdex.com), dsexpressoil, & others.
